I was given a pair 501 jeans for a Christmas present that was purchased from a city gear location in Grenville, MS. The pants were to small and I tried to exchange them for a larger size. The manger of the store was very rude. Telling me that I could not exchange and the jeans had been wore and wash. Please remember they were to small meaning I could not fit them. What would be my purpose of washing and returning for a larger size same color and style. SHe went on and on in front of others in store saying that I had damaged the product. I had not but even if product was damaged with reciept you have the right to exchange especially if you purchase a pair of $50.00 jeans the zipper breaks after one wearing or the color leaves after one washing. The person that gave me the gift was with me and explained Miss you are the one the sold me the Jeans. SHe said maybe I di and amybe I did not but yoy can’t prove it and I won’t take them back. SHe was very rude. I really want to talk to her superior. I know this is not the way your company treats customers. I hope someone from the home office or a general manager reads this because she also told me that she was the top person and I could not speak nay one else . This wrong. I promise I did not wear the jeans. All I want is a pair of jenas that fit. Maybe you need a new manager at the Greenville Location.
