we already know what stores or better yet what city will be getting them……memphis(that sucks) they get more love than anyone and i just can’t figure out why

Why not memphis??? Not to discredit any other city, but we had a great turn out last time they released, if we get them at 10 and 92 so be it, but if they fall in Louisville or Nashville great, its a good look for city gear either way. If you a real sneakerhead it shoudnt matter anyway:-).

please put them in ST.LOUIS, they had a very good turnout the last release, the workers were very nice and organized and there was no tension in the line while waiting everybody was good. Memphis got alot of love last release with two of your stores in one city that was just wrong

I have to agree with Sean. Nike/City G.E.A.R should get this colorway this time around! Their is another store that would most likely get the June 6th launch but they sell them $100 over the retail price and their customer service sucks! People in Saint Louis knows what store I’m talking about.

What i find funny is that they keep releasing this shoe in a place where no locals are copping, it is all folks from out of town that are camping out.
To Marcus, of course your going to have a good turn out when you have 18 pairs of an exclusive shoe that is only in select locations. That is a no brainer.

All in all Nike has the last say, so I can root for Memphis, St. Louis can state their case, but Nike is gonna do whatever they wanna do, unfortunately

Yall are nuts foreal. If you’ve been in the game long enough you will know how to obtain these shoes. You know the hype behind the shoe so no explanation is necessary. They’re going to sell out regardless, just like at every other store across the nation. My best bet would be anywhere from 18 to 24 pairs. The owners and a few others in the company probably grabbed a few pairs for there personal stash.

Nike should have not teased Saint Louis with the release of the first color way. I assumed that since the City Gear in Saint Louis would get all the colors due to having the first release date. Very upset that Memphis is getting them again. Shame on you!

Raj and Shoe King, you obviously misunderstood me..i didnt send that bc i thot we werent gonna sell out..all im sayin is if you thot they were ugly in the pics..the pics just dont do the shoes justice..they are way fresher in person..i was just giving a heads up to all the sneakerheads who usually represent in case they thot bout not coppin..i didnt think they were that nice til i bout took my own pair yesterday..also Shoe King we leave our shoes for the customer..we dont take away from the people who make us what we are..they will ALL be there, and i cant say how many but more then you have stated…thanks to you and all those who represent City Gear and what we stand for..sorry if there was a miscommunication..much love Evan

If they are for the customer, then how come you cant say how many the store recieved ?
it cant be much more than 24 because that is what st louis recieved in the Zen drop. Well 1st i was told 30 then 27 the night i drove there and then 24 when the store opened that morning.

well i dont know who you got the info from (prolly the store but they usually dont know as much as i do bc i handle it before it gets to stores), but stl got 24 the first drop and memphis got 6..nothin against the stores but i have all the info..and as for your posts i dont handle that stuff..i usually see all your posts so i dunno was sup with that..i was kinda sendin a shout out to you and a couple other ppl i know are usually lookin to copp..and lastly i cant say bc its not my place to say..dont wanna jeopardize anything..know what im sayin?? hopefully ill see you there bro..

I called the store before they closed and they told me that there were already people in line!?!?!
Dudes are going hard for this release. If I were you guys and wanted a pair I would drive down there ASAP. They said they only had 18 pairs available. Good luck to everyone tryig to get a pair. I didn’t think Memphis was going to go that hard. Dudes out there since Thursday afternoon! Let’s get it Memphis!
